Bathgate Concert Orchestra is an amateur orchestra based in Bathgate, West Lothian, Scotland. It was founded in 1952. Today we have around 25 member, a happy mix of amateur and professional musicians. We play a wide varienty of orchestral music to suit all fastest. We enjoy making music. The president of the orchestra is Councillor John McGinty, our musical director is Marco Marzella and the leader of the orchestra is Alistair Watson.
We are always happy to welcome new members. No audition is necessary but we do ask for commitment to regularly attend the rehearsals and concerts. We rehearse on Friday evenings from 7:30pm - 9:30pm.
